One of the features that gets the most love from our customers are Routes. Routes let you accept, parse and POST or forward your incoming emails. We’ve done some work lately to make Routes even more useful by adding the ability to test your webhook endpoints when you want to POST your incoming emails to your app.

Recently, we’ve been working on our newest API to make it easier for customers to automate their email. After working with a select set of alpha customers, today we’re ready to extend the API to a larger group of beta testers. So, say hello the Domains API.
This week, we’ve worked on a few features that customers had been requesting. Specifically, we increased the character limit for link rewriting and added a new account management feature to make it easier to downgrade to a free plan.

You may remember that Mailgun was acquired by Rackspace back in August of last year. So far, we think the acquisition is going great: we’re still developing on the product as much as ever, we love the Rackspace team, and thanks to our awesome customers, we’re growing really fast
This week we’ve rolled out a significant improvement to our reputation algorithm, affectionately known to the Mailgunners as Razor.
